How can you help?
- First, by making a donation to one of the organizations listed on our Support Group page.
- Second, by considering adoption of a Galgo or Podenco from one of the rescue centers listed on our Rescue Center page.
- Third, by contacting your local newspaper, television or radio station and acquainting them with the issue. For instance, if you own an adopted Galgo or Podenco, the story of their personal rescue will probably make a compelling human interest story. The story (right), “Greyhounds, Galgos and Podencos Come to Colchester County,” is a great example how one such story was told in a small-town tabloid.
